About Me

Manuel Simon received his Master of Science in Informatics at the Technical University of Munich in 2021. In the same year, he started as a Ph.D. student at the Chair of Network Architectures and Services. His main research topics are software-defined networking, data plane programming, and high-performance packet processing. Of particular interest is P4, a domain-specific language to program data planes.
